I’ve been working on perfecting my healthy muffins recipe. I want a muffin that tastes good but is also healthy. My quest started when we had a bunch of applesauce in the house that I didn’t want to waste.
Here’s my original Small Batch Healthy Muffins Recipe. I pretty much used the same recipe this time, but instead of grounding the oats, I used whole oats. The result was crunchier, moister muffins. If you like a little crunch in your muffins and prefer them to be moist, try using whole oats. Here’s a picture of the results.
