Challah French Toast with Leftover Homemade Challah

Leftover Challah = Wonderful Challah French Toast
One of the best things about having challah in the house is having leftover challah. What do you do with leftover challah? Make challah french toast, of course! Recently, I shared The Best Challah Recipe to Make Bubbie Proud – Shabbat Jewish Braided Sweet Bread. This morning, I made some yummy french toast with the leftover challah.
To make french toast whisk an egg with a little bit of milk, cinnamon, and vanilla (or whatever else you like). Dip both sides of the bread slices in the egg mixture and cook both sides on a flat pan until slightly brown. It’s very easy.
Here’s a picture of my challah french toast from this morning.
